Returns – Defective Or Damaged Product

Requests for credit due to defective or damaged product must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. MARKHAM will assess warranty claims at its discretion and provide refund or credit where applicable. Arrangements for return of goods will be on a case-by-case basis.

 

In the case of damaged goods, it is important that all evidence is kept and photos are taken of damaged items and packaging.

 

If the damage is visible when you receive the parcel please make reasonable attempts to sign the receipt of the shipment as damaged.

 

 

Returns – Product Not Required

MARKHAM is under no legal obligation to accept the return of products which have been ordered in error or are no longer required for any reason. At our absolute discretion we may accept returns or exchange of product if intact, unopened and undamaged in its original packaging – please contact us to discuss. Freight and associated costs of return, and re-supply if applicable, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Arrangements for return of goods will be on a case-by-case basis.
